"Clean room "

"The bed was comfortable and the surroundings were very nice, which gave a good first impression. The pool was fine, though it could definitely have been cleaner. Unfortunately, the room itself felt quite dated and the bathroom was not very clean, which took away from the overall comfort. The biggest disappointment came on our checkout day when there was no water at all, making it impossible to shower or even wash up. We had paid extra for a late checkout, but couldn’t use it because of the water issue. The staff were friendly and apologetic, and we were promised an email with a credit note — but we never received it. With a bit of maintenance, better cleaning, and improved communication, this hotel could be so much better. It has potential, but as it stands, it was a frustrating experience overall."

The customer service exceeded all expectations every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I felt welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, the buffet setup and layout was fantastic The meal was breathtakingly delicious. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. "I booked for 2 nights but I couldn't make it, so I forfeit the 1st night. Otherwise we enjoy our stay the place was nice, clean and spacious. Beautiful view"

"The place was so quiet "

"It was our family's second time at ANEW RESORT Hunters Rest, and it outdid the first time which was great! Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. That was followed by a cake and a written greeting card upon arrival at our accommodation, which had been generously upgraded much to our great pleasure and comfort. We had an enjoyable weekend and the pool was a main hangout for our children. We appreciated the coureous service in all respects - reception, dining, etc. and some names come to mind - Thabang, Tshego (reception), Boibelo, Dimakaso and Chris (dining) - of course we can't forget to Big Up GM Stephan (whose guiding hand we are sure was at work - we hope to see him next time we visit). Keep up the good work ALL! "
