「Very nice quirky boutique hotel. Pool area is great. There 2 of them in fact including a rooftop pool. Breakfast is good but could be better with more menu choices. Location proximity to the airport, cruise terminal and especially being on the beach is great. We plan on returning. 」

「For the people leaving bad reviews. Understand a few things. This is a historic hotel, which in my opinion adds to the character. Yes it’s old. Look past the blemishes and enjoy the view, space and proximity to everything. It’s safe and all the workers there are amazing. Me and my wife had a great time. One working elevator issue wasn’t as bad as people said. To avoid long check out lines just download the Hilton app. Check out on your phone and leave. 」

「We stayed in mar del Norte 3 which is around the corner from the original location. Room #1 had a massive kitchen, living room, dining room. Small full size bed and bath. (Paid for a king) Gated. Close to tennis court. Staff was nice. Beach and food across the pedestrian bridge a few blocks over. Cute shared patio with jacuzzi out back. Lots of windows in kitchen that look directly to the patio」

「Great stay, GREATstaff, clean rooms, GREAT air conditioning. Close to everything. Only negative was the bathroom was very dated. Especially the shower. Overall a 5 start, but bathrooms need complete renovation and you'll be set. :)」
