"Great service and great location. The hotel was literally steps away from The Alamo. It was 2 blocks away from the Riverwalk and very safe to walk at any time of the day or night. Police patrolled this area 24 hours a day. "

"If you want the River Walk experience, this is the spot. I’ve stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. The location is unbeatable, right on the River Walk and walking distance to everything. Staff is consistently great, the pool is a highlight, and it’s a nice touch that you can get poolside drinks delivered. Only minor downside is check-in can be slow, so plan for that if you're checking in on Saturdays. "

"The room was lovely but definitely needed a deep clean very dusty and a bit grimey. We also had the Heat/AC go bezerk and our room was insanely hot and we had to shut the air conditioning off completely and open the windows (despite it being a cold night we only managed to get the temp down to 72°).
