Welcome to “Dünenwarft West,” a spacious thatched-roof holiday home near St. Peter-Ording on the Eiderstedt Peninsula.

Upon request, both halves of the house can be rented together to accommodate 30 people!

With approximately 200 m² of living space, this half of the house offers plenty of room for up to 14 people and is ideal for large families, groups of friends, multigenerational getaways, and shared North Sea holidays.

The holiday home has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style, combining the charm of a traditional North German thatched-roof house with plenty of space, high-quality amenities, and a private wellness area. In total, there are 7 bedrooms (6 with 200x180 beds, 1x 200x160 double bed) spread over 3 floors, along with 3 bathrooms and 10 rooms. The bedrooms are distributed across the ground floor, ground floor, and attic, offering even larger groups a pleasant place to retreat.

The ground floor features two bedrooms, a spacious dining room with a large dining table, an open kitchen, and several bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing self-catering holiday: ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. The open layout connecting to the living area creates a cosy gathering spot for shared meals and long evenings.

A special highlight is the wellness area with a sauna and hot tub. After a day at the beach, a walk through the dunes, or a trip to St. Peter-Ording, you can relax here and wind down your holiday day in peace. In addition, a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi via DSL, TV, hi-fi system, radio, and DVD player ensure comfort in every season.

The outdoor area features a property of approximately 2,000 m² with a garden, lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, a parasol, and a west-facing sun terrace with a beach chair. Here you can enjoy sunny afternoons, barbecue evenings, and relaxing holiday moments. An electric grill is provided.

“Dünenwarft West” is family-friendly. Children and babies are welcome, and a high chair is available. Youth groups are also welcome. Pets are allowed, with a limit of up to 3 animals. This makes the holiday home well-suited for a holiday with your dog on the North Sea.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, coat rack, chest of drawers, mirror, smoke detectors, hot water, and contactless check-in/out. The house is smoke-free. Five free private parking spaces are available for guests.

The location is rural and quiet, with exceptionally beautiful views of the countryside and the garden. Shopping, restaurants, the city centre, and public transport are all within easy reach. The sandy beach, the sea, golf courses, and the train station are all easily accessible by car.
