When I checked in the staff was well trained, some of them even have a great level of English proficiency and even when there were language difficulties the concierge handled them courteously and clearly. "Hotel is situated in the train station and shopping center. Breakfast was amazing . Probably the best . Yoga , lounge area and bar were excellent. I had the tasting meal in their main dinning room, one of the nights and portions were too small. In general all the meals apart from breakfast were too small. I order a glass of wine and it is half the size I get in Europe. Lastly ,Aomori is not pretty , if you want to go to north Japan then try Hakodate . "
