By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. The Japanese BBQ restaurant immediately around the corner was fantastic. Service and food were amazing there as well. The management was very responsive and provided for all of our basic needs. It was nice not to have to worry about shampoo and soap when we arrived, and there were even umbrellas for the rainy days. Communication was always quick and friendly and checkin instructions were sent a few days prior to arrival. They were very helpful when we forgot an item after checkout as well. Definitely would recommend!
