Large space for family (room was the whole floor) of 4 with high-end finishes and very clean. The front desk stores bags before and after check in and could not have been more gracious. Amenity bar was good and had most everything. Would stay again in a minute!

Our stay was great! Our room (whole floor) was clean and good size for family of four. The staff was very polite, helpful and patient with our translating apps. Many of the staff spoke English so that was very helpful!! We loved that the train stations were walking distance and there were many great restaurants to chose from. Grocery store was around the corner so very convenient to buy snacks or food. The restaurants stayed open till late as well as the grocery store.

We loved staying at this Hotel. The location was great. The room was clean and sufficient space for our family of 5. Great amenities as well. The staff were helpful and kind. Definitely staying here when we return to Tokyo.
