Disliked: Room comfort, communication

Not a great stay.

This place was advertised as sleeping 7, but it barely can hold 4. When told about the accommodation was told we are Japanese and this is how it works for us. Well, if you are renting to foreigners study what works for them. Also, the beds had black jumping spiders. The house was located in a dark alley with an abandoned property at its entrance. The place was really cold and the property needs updating. It is really not close to the train station and was difficult to find. Once you find it the location is very disappointing. The neighbor greeted us with a nasty stare and was extremely rude. Most Japanese are good people. This neighbor was not.
