Hotel breakfast lack of flexibility
The hotel is good in general , the only problem is for breakfast every day they serve the same breakfast and I stayed in this hotel for 7 days so on the 3rd day I already got quite bored with their breakfast. I told to someone in charge and at first they refused to make any change and claimed that is their policy . Fortunately someone finally listened to me and served me something different for my remaining stay in this hotel . However for other hotel guests that are more timid they may have to bear with the same breaks for their entire stay with the hotel

Good location for shopping & eating. Staff is friendly & helpful. However, the most worst was the cleanliness of bedding/bed sheet that we felt insects bites & my daughter’s legs being bites seriously even though all the bedding looked like white & clean. We encountered the insects bites even though we changed the room. So, I suggest the hotel should deep clean the bedding regularly. All other things, especially it is new & well designed.

I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Park Canvas - Ginza Corridor. The room is petite but super comfortable. Location is great and surrounded by a lot of good food.
Highly recommend for those (especially solo travelers) who are looking for places to stay at Ginza.
Very new and spacious, definitely come back to this hotel

Convenient and modern hotel in Ginza
Room size is descent. Hotel only operates since Nov 2022, so the layout and facilities are of the latest. Example: Shower cabinet, toilet and wash basin are not in separate room; there is no TV, instead a projector and chrome cast and HDMI are provided, one can easily connect to your phone and access to your Netflix or Disney+ account; similarly, one can connect to your phone and listen music/radio inside the shower cabinet, isn’t it cool??!!

Room for improvement
Hotel was convenient and new with clean and neat room. However, no service for putting luggage to room. I do not expect and suggest the hotel to state more clearly. Anyway I appreciated staff making effort to communicate with me in English. They were nice. The room still allowed some noise from the JR trains. Perhaps can do better to block the noise. Inside the room there was an overhead projector instead of a TV. Use of the projector was clumsy. I have not use it at all.

Hotel staff overall are very unhelpful. Taxi driver mistakenly took us to Canvas Ginza 8 on a rainy night. We asked the staff to get a taxi back to the Ginza corridor but refused. Upon arrival the staff at reception was very unhelpful and took long to complete the check in process. We explained the experience and asked staff to help reserve a taxi for the return trip but again staff said “no such service” . I believe that is the very basic serice expected in a 4star hotel operated by a big hotel chain. The room projector actually is mounted on the ceiling and NOT CONNECTED and expecting hotel guests to climb on the bed to connect the cords on their own. What a hotel experience I never got in a city like Japan.
