Even tell that the property needs some upgrading. In my room specifically there were three persons and we were only given enough toiletries for two persons. Also the sink did not work well.

Staff unfriendly, not welcoming. Was told breakfast was from 6-9 am, in the morning they kept the doors lock and changed the hours from 7-9. Extremely limited items for "free" breakfast. The place is old and worn down for a "Quality" Inn. Would not stay there again!!!

Older motel but well maintained. Breakfast was lacking as there was only scrambled eggs but no sausage or other meat. Cold cereal and toast with limited jam selection. I got the last yogurt.

I stopped at the quality Inn early to see if I could register. The place was trashed and dirty. I cancelled by reservation and stayed else where. when I called to cancel the lady answered the phone "hello" as apposed to Quality Inn how can I help you. Also I was told my card would not be charged but it was they had to issue me a credit. That place is not quality.

The breakfast ended at 9 so we missed that. Seems way earlier than most hotels and annoying if you just want to sleep in. Also I called to see if there was a room ready early and they said yes and then charged me for coming early when I arrived. That should certainly have been communicated when I called.

The carpet and floors felt sticky and nasty. I place a towel on the floor and a bug crawed on it. Bedding was old and worn.Help was not friendly. The continental breakfast is a joke. Hardly anything there. Never stayng there again.

We went for the pool and was told we had to leave the pool at 7:30 p.m and was nly given 15 minutes to get the kids together. I left to get food and when I got back the pool was closed I felt uncomfortable with the staff after that so I had to go home with the grandkids

Property needs to be closed and gutted. Smells like cigarettes everywhere. Below is a picture of the window & tub in our room. Our AC sounded like it was an airplane prepping for take off. Workers were kind & apologetic.

Old and outdated

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and musty. The whole hotel smelled musty and nasty. The room was dirty and outdated with peeling paint on the walls and water stains on the ceilings. The bottom of the bathtub was black and the shower curtain rod was held up with rusty screws and pulled away from the wall, and the tv remote was broken when I checked in.

The building was very run down. The stench in the hallways was very bad. The smell in the two rooms was passable. A dog barked well into the early hours— almost constantly all four nights. We couldn’t determine where it was in the building. The breakfast was good. The stench in the exercise room made it unusable. I would not recommend this place. See typical photo.

Refund expected. This hotel should not be listed.

This whole experience was terrible. I arrived around 9 pm and was ready to just lie down and sleep. The elevator was broken and someone had peed on the outdoor stairwell. I laid down in bed and the mattress was completely worn out. I was so tired I did not make a huge deal about it and just tried to go to sleep. The room smelled like cigarette or bug spray. When I woke up, I had a headache. That is when I noticed the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. For breakfast, the beverage machine was not working, not even the water. So, I had to buy a bottle of water
