The hotel had some upgrades but he room was still outdated. I had booked the room on Expedia as a pay later and they charged my card right away which I was not prepared for. Then they charged the deposit on the same card even though I wanted it on another card which caused an issue for me. There were hardly any towels and the bed was hard as a rock. For the price of the room, I expected better.

It was not a experience. Rooms were moldy and smelly. The air smelled like someone was smoking pot. Left the hotel 10 minutes after check in. Front desk refused to refund even a partial refund. Dirty and old.

My family and I were really looking forward to our stay at the facility, however when we arrived the grounds were full of trash and mini liquor bottles. What was supposed to be a smoke free hotel reeked of cigarettes and marijuana the entire time. People were literally smoking in the hall right outisde of our room. The website adverstises that they have roll away beds available but when we inquired about one we were told they were all broken down for scrap and not replaced, leaving my teenagers to share a bed for 4 days. Our toilet would not flush the entire stay and when we said something about it, we were handed a plunger to try and fix it ourselves. The pool is not treated properly and is unsafe for swimming. After 40 minutes, my niece and son had the skin peeling off of their feet and they were bleeding. Would absolutely never return to this hotel.

My room felt like a college dorm/apartment. Missing light plates on the switches. One coffee cup that was paper to last the four day stay. I checked the beds to see it they were box springs instead of mattresses because they were rock hard with no give. I am sure some people love this place because it was always sold but I think my next trip I will sleep in my car instead

El precio del hotel no es tan bueno como para el precio que ellos cobran por una habitación, la cortina de baño de mi habitación estaba manchada de amarillo de tan vieja y con hilos saliendo por todos lados, las toallas con áreas transparentes de tan viejas, todo el hotel esta equipado con cosas super viejas, la piscina super grande pero el agua estaba turbia y ni siquiera olía a cloro, el desayuno mejor ni hablar de eso, el staff super friendly, cuando lleguè al hotel pensé que no iba a poder dormir, me sentía insegura, los pasillos parecen una cárcel con puertas de hierro, tienen un restaurante dentro del hotel que es público, gente de afuera puede entrar y eso hace que el hotel sea inseguro, puedes entrar al hotel por diferentes puertas y eso da inseguridad , en general no volvería 🙃🙃

It seems the property is renovating in parts. We were unfortunately in what I assume is the older wing. It just needs updating. The carpet smells like cigarettes and the beds were super hard.

I will start off by saying the POSITIVE aspects of this hotel: Clean linens, tv worked, bed was comfortable, room temp was comfortable, Housekeeping staff were polite and accommodating, two front desk clerks were polite and helpful, which were an elderly lady and an elderly gentleman. NEGATIVE and DISGUSTING COMMENTS: Front desk staff were not friendly or accommodating,The hallway was foggy with cigarette smoke to the point where it was hard to breathe. I asked the desk clerk about all the smoke in the nonsmoking area and he told me that this hotel was not the Radisson. The noise outside the room, in the bar/restaurant and traffic areas was so loud we had difficulty falling asleep. I had to put a pillow over my head to sleep.I asked if we could be moved twice to no avail, just told NO.We would have left but I paid in full when I made the reservation. The sliding glass doors were filthy. The darkening drape did not close all the way bc hooks were missing, the refrigerator literally stunk. Ants were crawling on the nightstand and floor and on a piece of gum stuck under the bathroom sink. The shower curtain had several holes. The side entrance to the hotel was filthy with bags of garbage laying on the ground and the door was filthy. The property was neglected and unkept ,the pool was cloudy and the surrounding area messy and dirty. In our hallway I saw a very shady deal going down and did not feel safe. I am sad to give such a negative but it's all true.

The staff was unfriendly the manager was a creep and a bully. The room was absolutely DISGUSTING my tub was infested with drain flies and the bottom of the shower was sagging and rotten. The toilet was dirty and covered in pee stains when I got there and the toilet wasn’t even attached to the floor. It stopped working two days before I left and they refused to accommodate us then they turned around and told me my deposit was used to pay for a night at the hotel which wasn’t true the manager was nasty and got in my face pointing his finger and made me cry. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE that place should be condemned

We checked in and the staff was extremely rude. The gentleman was in the back in his phone and it seemed like we were inconveniencing him by checking in. We tried calling 5 times to let them know we were checking in late and never once would they answer the phone. Once to our room our toilet was coming undone from the floor and the toilet seat had a massive crack in it. The thermostat was ripped off of the way and exposed wires were there. The room comes with a blow dryer but it was not working so we I had to leave with wet hair for the day due to them not being able to provide a working on once asking. The manager came to address our concerns an hour later after being told he would be up in 15 minutes. They switched us to another room for our next night and it was in better condition but the bed was extremely hard.

I chose this hotel because of the Wyndham name but never again. I'll start by saying the staff was friendly and the property clean, but that's the only good thing I'll say. Once you get by the stench of marijuana in the halls you find that the hotel houses a large population of homeless, so the noise stops when you can get to sleep and starts up again when you wake up. Hot water was just warm and pressure low. There was no clothes closet, a rack or even hangars to hang your clothes. Towels were stained and it was a chore to have them changed as you needed to request maid service but you would have had to guess that. Replacement coffee packets were unavailable. The WalMart was close so I was able to buy a hair dryer as the property didn't have them. Breakfast selection was all sugar and so poor that even the homeless found it necessary to comment in their colorfully vulgar way. Saw a few other eye opening things during my two day stay and will rate this joint just over a no-tell and is NOT the place where you want to take your family. A reply to my review on another site was obviously from a bot, not addressing/explaining any of the issues I listed.

I like the hotel, convenient to get to different places. Nice friendly staff when I checked in at night, Room is clean, but bathroom is relatively old, the faucet in bathroom sink is falling off, some minor issues. Okay for a one-night stay but I wouldn't stay longer than that. We had plumbing issues and needed a place for the night. It gets very loud in the hallways, and you smell marijuana all through the hallway. The outer doors don't lock, not very safe. However there all camera throughout the hallways. Breakfast is the bare minimum; no tea or hot chocolate basically grab and go items, cereal and make your own waffles. Very busy area and parking lot was packed. The room was not bad but no closet space, very odd that the safe is open and visible as soon as you walk into the door. I was at the counter for almost 5 minutes waiting to check in but when I needed more towels, they were brought to the room right away. Front desk employees could be a little friendlier when dealing with the public. It served the purpose, but I wouldn't stay there again.
