「This is a lovely hotel with a great rooftop bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The food offering could be better with attention paid to details (eg local jams etc at breakfast not generic plastic packets). All the staff are lovely though the front desk were slow and we had some problems with miscommunication over booked transport but they sorted it in the end!」

「The Leela Palace was truly extraordinary. The welcome we received brought us to tears—it deeply connected us to our roots and culture. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. My daughter wasn’t feeling well one morning, and a special thank you to one of our servers, Pradeep, who kindly sent some bread up to her room. Such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to our family.」
