“Charles was very responsive and helpful! We arrived on Christmas night and had missed our welcome email with instructions on how to enter the apartment. The apartment was very festive for Christmas! We mentioned an odor in the apartment and he immediately offered a diffuser. Charles also provided us with firewood and a fire starter for the fireplace.The location was perfect for our plans! “The location was perfect. The house was nicely furnished and the outside was decorated for the holiday season. The kitchen even had an hand mixer which allowed us to create an holiday favorite. Easy access to come and go! The hosts dogs were very friendly and cute. Having the washer and dryer was great. Although we were not able to use the garage for our car (as it was too large) it was very helpful to store our ski gear. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our ski day. ”
