Villa Sunshine - Pet Friendly Fully Air conditioned

Treat yourself and the family to a leisurely break away at our gorgeous Villa Sunshine situated right on the the amazing Fraser Coast Bay of Toogoom.

The villa is wonderfully furnished with fully equipped open kitchen/dining downstairs and a seperate kitchenette upstairs. We provide everything you need for your stay, super comfy beds, quality linen, bath towels, beach towels and complimentary tea, coffee and condiments to get you started. Bikes, Kayaks, lawn games, and more are all provided free of charge. For the inside days there's plenty to do too, 3 bedrooms (2 with TV) and the large lounge room, TV, Arcade machine, board games, dart board, seperate dining/lounge area and upstairs daybed you will be spoilt for choice.
You only need to pack your bag and bring your food and drinks as we have everything else covered.

Villa Sunshine is located directly at the best end of the town directly across from the boat ramp and water (there's water in the chanel area even at low tide :) ) It's a quiet beachside town where you can walk or ride bikes (provided free) to explore the local area. On a large private 1200sq/m block offering loads of room to securely park you car, boat or Jet ski. The large front and back yards are fully fenced to keep dogs of all sizes secure and safe with plenty of space for your family and pet to play.

The pace is yours from lounging on the sun deck with a drink and book to exploring all of the wonderful adventures the Fraser Coast area has to offer such as boating, fishing, jet skiing, canoeing/ kayaking, swimming, beach walks, the low tide beach walks are incredible with literally kilometres of beach to explore. There's also mountain and motor bike riding in the nearby National Park & more...

Take a day trip to the worlds largest sand island K'gari (Fraser), so many fun things to do there it is pretty special. Harvey Bay is only a 15 minute drive where you can relax on the deck at Hervey Bay Boat Club, take a walk along Urangan Pier or head to the local markets on a Saturday. At the right time of the year you can watch the whales resting and playing on their way to the Great Barrier Reef.

When you a feeling like a treat from breakfast, brunch or lunch there is a choice of 2 licensed cafe restaurants only a 60 metre stroll from your front door.

Villa Sunshine offers it all, come relax and play by the bay!

Delightful holiday house. Spacious, comfortable, well stocked. Air con throughout and pet friendly. Games room and pizza oven were welcome additions. Fantastic location to easily walk to beach and nearby restaurant. Welcoming host with great communication.

We absolutely love it here. We've been staying for the best part of 3 weeks and will be making this our go to accomodation from now on. We've stayed in many holiday homes im the Toogoom area, and this is by far tbe absolute best. Mark and Karen are so welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The house is a mix of beachy, rustic, but modern. Very clean with everything you need. Love it.

Excellent accomodation.Checkin - host allowed us to check in early at no extra cost with the cleaner coming in early and accomodating our request which was really helpful after long travel.Kitchens - well equipped woth everything required to cook comfortably feeling at home with quality appliances.The layout of the accomodation was perfect With downstairs having two bedrooms, bathroom and a great tv games room which was alot of fun.Up stairs having a kitchenetee well eqipped with sunroom, a bedroom and again its own bathroom with great outside deck.Great property and even better could take our two dogs who had a great time on the property's well maintained and sized yard.Will definetely be back again.

Wow......what a magical home and wonderful hosts. Deb & I stayed for two weeks. The home has a soul, the fish in the pond, the multitude of little well placed artwork both indoors and surrounding outdoors was amazing. Toogoom, amazing. If it's peace and tranquillity you need, this is one you shouldn't skip.

Well stocked, everything you need provided, including kayaks and bikes. Good size, fenced yard for dogs, and pets welcome.Great location, close to boat ramp and Goodys cafe.Love all the details, very well maintained.Two bedrooms downstairs, plus kitchen, bathroom and large games room. Peaceful Toogoom

Situated in the northern end of Toogoom, this peaceful house sits on a large dog-friendly garden. Goody's cafe is diagonally across the road upon a lovely estuary. A short pleasant walk takes you to a small beach which is dog friendly at various times of the day. The water is perfect for swimming. The house is well equipped and spacious.

Villa Sunshine … Can’t wait to go back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Sunshine in Toogoom, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (including bikes, kayaks and stand up paddle board). The living spaces were spacious and stylish, with a great mix of modern amenities and a relaxed coastal vibe. What really stood out, though, was the location. Toogoom is an absolute gem—quiet, peaceful, and just a short stroll to the beach and it has two cafes; Salties and Goodies. Whether you’re into morning walks along the water, fishing from the jetty, enjoying the local wildlife, or simply relaxing in the downstairs entertainment area, the natural beauty of the area is unparalleled. For more hustle and bustle, Hervey Bay is only 20 minutes down the road, but there is a Foodlands half way along the road if you need to duck out for some groceries. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed while also respecting our privacy. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to nature, this house in Toogoom is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back!

Super Cute Beach House

This property was a pure delight to walk into. Loved the vintage touches with the fixtures. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is in this spacious house. I would stay again. Had a ball on the tandem bike and if it’s raining you can play Pac-Man , Darts or relax in the Massage chair! Close to the beach and local cafes.

Fantastic place!

Amazing property at a great location. Host was very accommodating and communication was great. Just unfortunate for us with construction next door and noise from 6.30am until late each day due to decking being installed, but host was happy to provide us with options when we brought this to their attention. Great dog and people holiday

All four adults plus 2 dogs really enjoyed our short holiday. The dogs love the beach at low tide, as well as enjoying the property yard. The humans appreciated the dog bath for cleaning them after the beach fun! The adults enjoyed the arcade games and hubby set new high score in Galaga. 83-year old even went kayaking as it was easy to get the kayak to the water on the trolley. The house has lovely character and is as seen in the photos. Prompt and friendly communications with hosts. All round great stay and we would recommend this property. Scott and Lisa

Tranquility in Toogoom

We loved our stay here. Just over the road from the beach. Small problem with getting in, but that was rectified so quickly. We loved how the property had one big ‘adult’s retreat’ upstairs with its own kitchen and bathroom and then further bedrooms downstairs. We also loved breakfast at Goodys before we left. Thank you Mark for a wonderful stay. It was very special to stay there with my sister and nephew visiting from the UK. We’d love to come back with some friends

Just what we needed

We recommend the property, hosts and location highly. It is a large and beautiful house, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It provided much more than we needed and being just across the local cafe made it super easy for great coffees and meals. The beach walks during low tide were spectacular and just what we needed.

Beautiful property. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect for my family of 5 and 2 dogs. Loved the styling and details. Lots of games provided was a bonus. Great garden front and back, providing a safe space for the fur babies and kids. Really close to the water and so good to have use of the kayaks. Really peaceful area. Wish we had stayed for longer.

Perfection…

We honestly felt like we were holidays the moment we turned the corner to sight this incredible property. It’s a really special place with gorgeous craftsmanship & details throughout. The lovely hosts haven’t forgotten a single thing & we absolutely loved every minute. It’s so well located with a wonderful cafe & seaside restaurant just across the road, a very short stroll or ride to the swimming beach or lake to kayak. The property was so well styled with great inclusions, our son loved the games room & the tandem bike was a hit too, we’re really looking forward to returning in summer, Highly {highly!} recommend this property.
