「No hot water in the shower. Toilet tank was brown and disgusting and there was no cover for the tank.Toilet bowl was also very dirty. Fire alarm was not connected.」

「Older hotel that needs serious renovation. The rooms are Texas size, which is nice. The shower was very easy to use, although I wish it was a walk-in shower rather than a tub-shower combo. The ladies at the front desk were helpful, especially when telling me about popular restaurants in Mabank and Gun Barrel City. I frequented two of them (one Italian; one steakhouse) and they were excellent. But I discovered rust stains in the bedroom section and bathroom, one of the lamps didn't illuminate,...

「Not terrible high class crack tell」

「100% perfecto」

「The sheets were clean and carpet was vacuumed. However, the walls were stained with dirt. Needed a paint job. Tub spout and toilet paper holder was barely hanging on. Some parts of the base trim had roofing paper on it. You can smell smoke all night from people smoking outside. If you’re just there to sleep, then it is perfect for that.」

「Family owned motel. Very friendly. Bathroom could use up dating.」

「Second time in this hotel would recommend my colleague to stay here」

「The staff was friendly, the room was clean.」

「Room size was very good. Staff was friendly」

「Rooms are old. I was told to get a safer room I had to pay $15 extra which was an access door to inside the property and a outside door access. My cousin was charged $10 extra dollars a night because he had a new coffee pot in his room. The pillows are old and flat. The towels, soaps, and wash cloths were inadequate and the bedding is old. The carpet is very old and felt dirty.」

「The room was clean overall but the property itself needs a good revamp/updating. The beds were rock hard. It was great for a cheap, last minute, basically no other option motel.」

「The walls were paper thin, we stayed a week and never got a change of sheets. Just a terrible experience.」
