“The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. The front desk staff will simply tell you they can do nothing as they cannot ask housekeeping the availability/status of the rooms. Some frontdesk staff were really……

“We really enjoyed our stay. Our room had an amazing view of the bay and sunset and we were a pleasant 10-15 minute walk along the promenade to the downtown restaurants and bars. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful and they offer a great breakfast. We really appreciated the fresh fruit and juice options. We would definitely stay again.”
