Staff is friendly as always, however we got upgraded to a room since our room the lock was dead. The upgraded room had hair in the bed- long hairs short hairs, the garbage can had shavings from someone in it, the shower and the floor had “short and curly” hair all over. Loved the house and the perfect size for all of us to stay comfortable. Great backyard and the weather was perfect for sitting out back by the hot tub. Hot tub was a nice extra feature!!
