「We will definitely be staying here again in the future. This property is in a great location if traveling with kids. Located in a cul-de-sac that doesn't get much traffic. The kids could bike and play in the front without us worrying about cars. There are a few parks located within 5 minutes of the house. Vail is a 30 minute drive and there are a lot of beautiful hikes close by. The river in the backyard is the best part of this house. Open the windows at night to enjoy the sound of the river....

「The property was great in a quaint little town outside of Steamboat. Easy to drive into town. Kitchen was nice to cook and three tvs so everyone could watch what they want. Spacious for my husband and I and our three boys. Already planning to come back in 2025.」

We just had a couple hiccups with no hot water for a day but the owner was quick and easy to get ahold of and had the problem fixed the next day. 「The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to...
