「Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分」

「I was super happy that I was able to check in early as I took a red-eye flight and didn’t sleep all night. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My complaint is the rooms were not sound proof. Had no idea what was happening upstairs, but sounded like a wrestling match? Had to call the front desk around 11pm to ask them to be quiet. Could also hear neighbors dog barking. Good hotel if you bring ear plugs and are a heavy sleeper!」

「I've stayed here many times and love it. You couldn't be in a better location, easy walking distance to the major hotels and the George Street night life. While there is no front desk, the keypad system on the front door and room assignment on an interior door works just fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. On this particular visit, Mark and Josephine could not have been better. Kudos. I recommend this place highly.」

「This was a beautiful stay in a historic looking house. It was easy to find with free parking and delicious breakfast. Shower was nice with hot water after a long day of exploring NL. Bed was comfortable. I recommend it.」
