Attention to Fabric of room needed

"Further attention needs to given to the fabric of the room and surroundings. We stayed in room 4. The carpet was worn and in need of replacement and some of the wood skirting board in the bathroom was rotten. In addition as the window was open I could see the wood on the ledge outside was also badly ..."

"Ive stopped here many times over the years, its quirky and a nice location, but it lets itself down badly . No redecorating has been done since opening. The stair carpet needs binning, dirty and stained , paintwork tired and chipped . Old sofa and TV, smell of fried food from cafe downstairs doesn't ..."
