“We stayed at the apartment for 11 days, the key has to be picked 2-3 kilometers away. On arrival the road Called Mendoza is under going drainage work and access to the building is affected. Also the front at the bottom is the only building covered in graffiti and it detracts. The apartment is almost brilliant but needs some refinement the outside area is small so we had to use a dinning chair to add to the two outside chairs as this is the most important part of the apartment. Our first interaction with the call center was dropped after 30 mins and the second call went just as long and was also unproductive. In the end, the call center was unable to send me an building access code because we had reserved and paid for a 4 person room (for more space) but we were only 3 people. ”
