The space:
This gorgeous unit layout offers a soaring view of the lakefront cityscape, Scotiabank Arena, and the lake. The unit is on the 38th floor and has a high ceiling with a glass windows wall in the living room and sun exposure throughout most of the day.
The bedroom has a Queen size mattress and sliding pocket-style doors (please note: they don't have locks). The den has a sofa bed and curtains for privacy. The living room sofa can also extend and become a bed suitable for 2 people. The whole unit can accommodate a total of 6 people comfortably.

No smoking is permitted inside the unit.
As our guest, you have exclusive access to the entire condo and all appliances. Please feel free to utilize everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one! Our guests are allowed to check in as late as they want. And we are available all the time to answer all questions and help our guests.
Other things to note
We will charge a $500 security deposit.
1) Due to covid restrictions we cannot guarantee that the amenities in the building will be open. It depends on the restrictions that the government puts at the time of your booking.
2) There is 24/7 onsite security, and the premises and facilities are monitored & secured through closed-circuit security cameras (i.e. at all entrances, lobby, underground garage, lounge, inside the elevators, and the elevator lobby on each floor).
NOTE: we DO NOT have any security cameras inside our condo unit.
3) All doors have smart locks with a chip scanner, no key is required to open or lock the door.
4) There is a paid parking lot in the building, and outside the building.
5) As this is a condominium, concierge and/or maintenance personnel may require access inside the unit from time to time without prior notice, for security, inspection, or maintenance purposes. If entry is made while the guest(s) is not present, a Notice of Entry (with date & time) will be left inside the unit as a confirmation of entry. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to our guest(s).
6) Please Note: the drinking glasses & mugs are stored inside the drawers that are most right. The cooking pots & pans are stored in the large drawer below the island.
