Welcome to our newly renovated apartment located in a boutique building in the heart of trendy Downtown. 1 bedroom + Den unit is perfect for families or big companies or working professionals. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This bright unit has floor to ceiling windows, an open concept layout, and high end furniture chosen by an award winning interior designer.

The space
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
1 bedroom and Den with 1 bathroom.
Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

Guest access
Guests have access to Gym, Indoor Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna in the Building

Other things to note
According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. The minimum age for booking is 18 years.
Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund.
Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $10 per night if you book for at least 15 nights. Please request in advance as it could be booked
Pets are allowed in the apartment, pets shall not exceed 35 lbs(15kg) in weight each with a maximum of two pets per suite. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.
We have Travel Crib (for baby 0 18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.


***Deposit***

All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.

If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Please be informed about the following unit policies: The minimum age for booking is 18 years. All guests are required to pay a refundable damage deposit $500.
Check in is after 3PM, check out is before 11AM.
Late check out is possible upon submission of advance notice. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation.

Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID: international passport, driver s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID). Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID.
* NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and noise detector. (no cameras inside the unit). The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.
** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoking, Globalstay has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you:
