When we first arrived at the building, the employee informed us that we were not in the system. It took approximately 15 minutes to get in touch with the locator and resolve the issue. After that, we were finally given access to the apartment.
At first glance, everything seemed fine, but upon closer inspection, we noticed several problems. The carpets are overdue to be replaced, the microwave does not work, the shower in the bedroom does not drain properly, the closet doors had been removed, and there were no curtains in the living area.
Later, when we attempted to use the elevator, it took about 10–15 minutes to reach our floor because it was stopping at every level. We were on the 25th floor, and only one elevator was functioning, which caused significant delays.
Overall, our experience was not the best, although it ultimately served its purpose.
