Nice private bedroom, warm and ready for your stay! Your stay is minutes away from 404, and the downtown New market and a short drive away from all amenities. On public transit route.Your tranquil room is enabled with High Speed Wifi.

The space
• A beautifully furnished bedroom with a queen bed, nightstand and a large walking closet

• Full bathroom with shower (private)

• Full kitchen with i fridge and microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster (Shared)

• Amenities provided: towels and toiletries

• Free Street Parking

• Laundry (Shared)

Guest access
• Any common area is completely accessible to you. You also have full access to the downstairs.

• The kitchen will be ready for your use.

• There is an in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer ready for your usage.

• Free parking available within the premises. Free Street Parking is available as well.

During your stay:
We are a small family of 3 people. I am usually stay in the same floor as you when I am not at work. So, I will be just a room away in non-working hours. During working hours, I would be just a phone call/ message away from you!

• Quiet Hours from 11:30 pm to 7am

• Absolutely NO SMOKING within the premises at any point.

We dident stay we left right away rented to get away and when we got there all we heard was a screaming baby that is in the same area the announce makes it seam u rent a 1 bedroim apartment but its with the owner of the place no thanks and dident even over to give me back atlease half drove 7 and a half hours for nothing and had to find a nother place last min
