First, we arrived and were told there was no parking, and to go next door - where we were told there was also no parking. So in stilettos, I had to walk half a block in Feb snow to get to the hotel, after paying an extra $60 to park on top of an almost $500 charge for the room. Fine.

We went to go upstairs. No one offers help with bags? No one directs you where to go. We go to the elevators and two are out of service and there is literally a line going from the elevators to the check in. We waited ten mins to even be able to squish into an elevator.
