Very difficult to contact the agent or the owner.when asked for thing that were on the listing.This a brief message text from the ownerI am sorry about that.I will drop off dishwasher tablets and see if I can buy a hand towel. I am afraid my cleaner had a quick changeover today. I hope everything else is ok. I am happy to refund your week if you are not happy.If you want to book elsewhereThis was after we had traveled over 4hr to get to accommodation.As the property was described to have master bedroom and on suit bathroom.The bath room was very small and the shower cubical even tiny. (approx 18in qudrant) The cupboard in the room had large box of Christmas tree and difficult to put the case in it. The shelf in the cupboard was dirty so we could use it.The bathroom had no where to put hand towel.All the bedding and pillows in all 3 bedroom was awful had mattress topper on a very old mattress with no spring.The tolilet/clock room hanger was not useable.The toilet/clock room door had no lock and 6 adults leaving in it.Yes we had a dishwasher but the tray was rusty and un healthy to use.The freezer was so iced up that it was difficult to use.The blinds in sky windows in both rooms no handles to open and close.No information pack to help with the domestic of the house ie refuse collection recycle.The back yard and chairs were covered in tree leaves.All in all this was poorly presented accommodation not at all what was described.
