“非常糟糕的体验，算下来接近700一个房间，首先环境乱糟糟，在一个树林里面，周围全是废弃房车改造的住宿，我们这个木屋，2室一厅，第二个房间非常小，像青年旅馆，卫生间没有任何沐浴洗澡洗手洗头的产品，在澳洲住了10几天第一次遇到这种情况，而且浴室淋浴房里面竟然还有沙子，根本没有在客人入住之前进行清洁，厨房的电子灶也全部是坏的，用不了，服务也很差，非常糟糕的体验，感觉是花大价格住了青年旅馆”

“Nice but overpriced. Pros- good location and close to the beach. Resort is pretty good with good amenities (pools and gym) The rooms were clean and good size. Cons - Spa was not warm enough, fire alarm went off several times (including during the night and early morning) and dishwasher only worked intermittently and beeped constantly also. The parking is tricky if you have a large or tall vehicle. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay but would say that it’s an bit over priced for what you get. ”

“Location. It is a lovely 900m odd walk through forest by Deep Creek to the beach. The beach is long and offlead for dogs. So the fact that the house is pet friendly is great. House is well set up in terms of saucepans, cutlery, crockery etc. It has 3 good size bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Access was simple and easy. Communication was good and prompt.”

"The family villa was nice and clean. Water pressure was great for shower. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen utensils were clean and frying pan was close to new and it made frying and cleaning easy. Location was good and staff at the reception ware friendly. We love to come back for another stay when we explore Torquay again."
