"The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean and easily accommodates a group or large family. We briefly met the owners when we arrived who were very helpful. The location of the house is a few minutes walk downhill to Torquay centre with a number of pubs and restaurants to choose from. We were a group of friends who stayed here for a weekend and we would stay again."

When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. "Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"
