「Practical accommodation if you are on your way from Northern Italy to Rome or beyond (10 minutes from the motorway exit). Quiet small place, however no possibility for dining at the location itself. Very easy access to rooms. Room number 7 has a small rooftop terrace which has beautiful views.」

It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. We stayed for 3 nights & ate dinner there each night (meal ~€50 pp) as had been tempted by the photos of gorgeous food when...
