「This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! 「We were the last visitors of the season before they closed so the resort was very quiet. That said, the entire staff was fantastic, our room was very clean and very comfortable. The views from our roof top terrace were incredible too. Do your own research on local excursions. Although the staff made a big effort we had a few misses on recommended outings. 」

「I paid premium rates expecting the bathroom shown online, but the room we received was nothing like what was advertised. The actual bathroom was down a flight of stairs, separate from the toilet, with harsh lighting that made it feel like a dingy basement motel. There are no photos of this type of bathroom on the hotel’s own website, so there was no way to know what we were booking.
