Great hotel. Up the hill a little bit in Torri, so hard to find. Lots of different rooms and suites. Everyone was friendly and especially, Gaia, at the front desk. Pierre was a big help with the luggage and parking. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. Many rooms have a great view of the lake. The bar/restaurant workers are great and food and drink was good. Five minute walk down to the lake and castle. Parking is really tight, but enough spaces available. I would stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Lake Garda and it was everything we hoped for and more! From the communication before our stay to the cleanliness, facilities and overall experience, everything was fantastic. The hotel has a beautiful boutique feel, making it feel like a real treat, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. The location was perfect for us, around an 8 minute walk into the centre, where you’ll find plenty of lovely shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. One thing worth being aware of before booking is that there is a fairly steep incline and a number of steps to reach the main areas of the hotel, including the entrance, restaurant and bar, pool, hot tub and seating areas. There is a lift available, which is helpful, and it was absolutely fine for us, but it’s something to consider for older guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. The food and drinks were lovely, with generous portions, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout. A lovely touch was the wide selection of complimentary snacks served with every drink, which made us feel really spoilt! Our room was cleaned daily, and the whole hotel was kept beautifully clean. Overall, this was a gorgeous hotel for a special getaway. Beautiful views, a lovely and romantic atmosphere, fantastic food and drink, and wonderful staff. We couldn’t have asked for more.

This was my third visit to Lake Garda. Room 1 had no lake view because it was completely blocked by trees. As an Expedia VIP member, I did not ask for the complimentary room upgrade that may be offered subject to availability; I merely asked whether we could move to one of the vacant neighboring rooms with a view. The request was refused on the grounds that the hotel was fully booked, yet guests who arrived after us were assigned better rooms. When I questioned this again the next morning, the hotel suddenly claimed that I had specifically booked Room 1 and that all the other vacant rooms were under maintenance. If so, how were later arrivals given better rooms? And what happened to the advertised parking space allocated to each room? We had to park at the parking lot entrance, and our Expedia VIP wine was delivered only after a reminder. I hesitate to call this racial discrimination, but the treatment felt clearly discriminatory and deeply unpleasant. This hotel lacks basic courtesy and respect for its guests. I cannot recommend it; if you still choose to stay, make sure to exclude Room 1 when booking.
