Welcome to this beautiful rustic-style house in Estartit, perfect for a family or friends vacation. The house features three bedrooms and accommodates up to six people, making it ideal for small groups. With a spacious 110 m² area, it provides ample space for enjoyment and relaxation.Situated in a quiet area within an urbanization, this house is located 700 m from the supermarket and 3 km from the sandy beach and the village. Additionally, the Empordà Golf Club is just 8 km away. The Flaçà train station is 25 km away, and the Girona – Costa Brava airport is 35 km away, making it easily accessible.The house boasts a beautiful garden, a terrace with chairs, a table, and a barbecue – perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners on warm summer nights. It also features heat pump heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation to maintain a pleasant temperature in any season. Furthermore, there is a washing machine for daily laundry needs.For a bit of fun, there is a communal swimming pool and a children's pool for you to enjoy during the day. Ruhige Lage, große Spielwiese, toller Pool

Wir waren über Silvester hier und hatten eine tolle Woche! Das Haus umgibt eine große Wiese, die mit einer Hecke umstanden ist. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig. Direkter Zugang zum sehr schönen, großen Pool. Etwas kleine Terrasse, auf der Sonnenseite gelegen. Das Haus ist geräumig, alle Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Manches, auch im Bad, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch gibt es keine Mängel. Schönes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Holz gibt es in Gartencentern oder an der ersten Tankstelle in Torroella M..
