Duplex on the beach with beautiful views
Duplex apartment located in a building of 9 properties paired Frontline Mar. Located in one of the most popular spots on the Costa Brava, Cala de La Mar Menuda, in the town of Tossa de Mar. It consists of a dining room with kitchen and a double room with bathroom on the ground floor Suit type and one double room with a separate toilet downstairs. The apartment is accessed from a communal parking, the parking space located in front of the house. The first floor terrace overlooking the sea and a private communal garden in front of the house. The beach access is directly using a staircase located at the exit of the garden. The apartment is equipped and furnished totalment. Activities nearby Diving, sailing, wind surfing, tennis, golf, mountain biking, hiking, snorkeling, swimming, water skiing, fishing.
Ideal for families with children. At 50 meters from the beach and 300 m. from the town center.

Tout est parfait, je n'ai jamais eu un appartement aussi bien équipé, il y a TOUT, plus une attention du propriétaire à l'arrivée. Le parking pour la voiture est parfait. Endroit calme, belle vue.

Very need appartement, perfectly located near the beach and just a 10 minute walk away from the old town. Antonio and his family welcomed us very kindly. The covered parking place is great. The only downside was the slightly uncomfortable sofa bed downstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend the appartement!

We stayed 6 nights. It was close to the beach with a great view and thankfully away from the crowds more central but a 5 minute walk along the sea to the busyness.
Our host was incredibly accommodating and helpful.
The place was very well equipped and we were very comfortable.

Quelques pas et nous étions sur l’une des plus plages de Tossa !
Un accueil chaleureux, quasi familial !
L’appart sur 2 étages, une petite maison, aussi accueillante que fonctionnelle ! Tout y est pensé de manière à se sentir chez soi et ne manquer de rien ! Il y a un grand nombre de rangements, la literie est impeccable et tout est très propredans chaque pièces

Lovely place with great view
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Great location. Very close to the beach and easy walking distance to many restaurants. Very welcoming owners who gave us a tour when we arrived and were very accommodating. All clean and well appointed with everything you need. We would like to stay again.

Presque parfait
Accueil chaleureux pour cet appartement très bien situé, propre et plutôt bien équipé. Tout peut se faire à pied. La voiture est restée au garage (très pratique ce garage) sauf pour les visites touristiques hors de Tossa.
Cerise sur le gâteau : une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse.
Petit bémol, la chambre du rez-de-chaussée n'est pas climatisée. Ce qui peut être gênant en cas de grosse chaleur. Pour cette chambre il faudrait peut être prévoir un ventilateur. Il n'y a pas non plus de table et lampe de chevet dans cette pièce.
A part cela, je recommande cette location et je choisirais de nouveau cet appartement en cas de nouvelles vacances à Tossa.

Duplex in a great location
Our party of four adults (parents and adult children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is directly opposite the beach chiringuito and scuba diving. A big choice of restaurants was available a short stroll away, along the promenade. An underground parking space was provided, with direct access to the ground floor of the apartment.

Vacaciones maravillosas
El lugar es ideal para descansar y sentirse como en casa. Los dueños del departamento fueron muy discretos y agradables a nuestra llegada y a nuestra partida.
El departamento fue ideal para una pareja y está bien equipado y limpio. Está al frente del mar como para nadar o salir a caminar, y además hay varias opciones de buenos restaurantes muy cerca,

Komfortabel und direkt am Strand
Wir haben die direkte Strandlage sehr genossen. Fußläufig mehrere Restaurants und auch das Zentrum sehr gut erreichbar. Richtiges Urlaubsgefühl.
Das Appartment hat alles Nötige, allerdings bräuchte die Ausstattung hier und da eine kleine Erneuerung. Das Auto kann man in der Garage direkt vor der Haustür parken. Empfehlenswert!

Wir sind von dem sehr netten Besitzerpaar sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und schon früher eingelassen worden.Die Verständigung ging über Google sehr gut.
Die Lage des Objekts (mit geschützter Garade ( in Tossa ein Lottogewinn) vor der Unterkunft)ist sensationell.Wohnung ist funktionell eingerichtet,alles vorhanden !TV nur Spanisch aber Wlan frei.Nochmals möchten wir uns für die Gastgeschenke bedanken.Wir kommen wieder !!!!!
