Villa Sant Jaume is an exceptional luxury home, both in terms of setting and style, offering maximum privacy and elegant, uncompromising comfort for a discerning clientele. The spectacular setting of this exceptional villa in one of the most sought after and unique coastal areas in the center of the Costa Brava in Tossa de Mar. Perched above the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by 1 million m² of private property, stretching Along the picturesque coastline between Tossa de Mar and Sant Feliu de Guixolsr, the luxurious holiday home boasts stunning sea views and a privileged lifestyle.
Spacious, well-designed and well-kept Mediterranean nooks wrap around the luxury home and provide many cozy, shady spots to stay, relax or meditate alone or with family and friends. From the large pool terrace, you can enjoy meals and barbecues enjoying some of the best views of the Costa Brava, comfortable sun loungers and shaded porches for outdoor dining, enjoy moments of pure relaxation, enjoying the wonderful sea views.
The interior of the luxury house is equally charming. It is tastefully furnished in the style of the carefully selected home's history, creating an oasis of comfort and relaxation. The main entrance leads directly to the spacious and bright living room, with comfortable sofas and equipped with a flat screen television and state-of-the-art sound system and direct access to the pool area. The formal interior dining room communicates with a beautiful white kitchen equipped with impressive appliances, on this same floor there are two bedrooms with their full bathroom and their corresponding closets. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two of them with en-suite bedrooms and the other two sharing a modern family bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy magnificent sea views.
This floor also enjoys a study with a sofa bed and a TV.
The house is surrounded by different terraces and gardens to enjoy the views, it has parking for 6 cars and you can access a small cove.
Located off the beaten track, the villa is the perfect refuge for guests looking for a quieter holiday in an area far from crowds and enjoy the wonderful colors and smells of the Costa Brava and at the same time 3 km from Tossa de Mar 15 km from S'Agaro and 16 from Platja d'Haro, 90 from Barcelona and 35 from Girona.
