Superb sea view 180 °, dominant location for this old artist studio recently renovated in spacious duplex loft of 100m ². High ceilings, glass roofs, private terrace of 25 m² with exceptional views of the peninsula of Giens, Porquerolles, the salt, the old town and the castle. Located on the hill just in front of the Villa de Noailles. A staircase will allow you to walk to the city center. Upscale, 2 bedrooms including a modular, 1 bathroom + a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets.
WIFI / TV Screen 120cm with Canal + / Canal Sat / Fully Equipped Kitchen / American Fridge / Dishwasher / Gas Cooker / Rotating Heat Oven / Hood / Ice-maker / Freezer / Woodstove / Barbecue. Opening on bathroom by electric velux. Dry electric towels in bathrooms.

Superb loft in the hills of Hyères

Nice place hidden in the hills of Hyères. We as a family spent a wonderful week during spring holidays in the well equipped and tastefully decorated loft with our two boys enjoying the good location, a splendid sight over Hyères, the sea and the Giens peninsula. Lots of natural light, well equipped kitchen, and last but not least incredible "loft" feeling in a quit area, but still very close to the city centre.

Ein außergewöhnliches und gemütliches Feriendomizil

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Hyères sehr genossen. Ein umgebautes Steinmetzatelier als Loft hat man nicht alle Tage. Nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt konnten wir abends auch einmal das Auto stehen lassen. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was man für einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Bilder sprechen wirklich für sich, und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich (Er spricht sogar besser deutsch, als er es selber zugeben möchte). Alles in allem eine wirklich schöne Location, ein toller Ausblick auf die Inseln, die Altstadt, und auch tolle Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus haben uns die Abreise wirklich schwer gemacht. Wir können dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.. Vielen Dank Sophie und Francois für die tolle Erfahrung.

Gorgeously designed loft from mid 20th Century

Our hosts did not communicate with us well before our stay. They did not respond to email enquirers via VRBO or text or otherwise. I was finally able to reach them by calling the phone number. This was stressful leading up to our stay. The loft was well appointed and comfortable for 5 adults. It could have used a better cleaning (some of the cutlery we wanted to use was dirty and dusty), and some touch up paint was needed in the corners of some of the rooms where there had been water damage. Mosquitoes were in the loft when we arrived. We all were bitten. The loft needs screens or AC. We were able to cool it down by opening windows and using fans, but the biting insects caused problems. It was very beautiful in terms of design. I was nostalgic as I grew up with an Architect stepdad, so the space was familiar and lovely. The view from the balcony/terrace is breathtakingly beautiful. The city center was easily accessed by le Escalier, hundreds of steep steps up and down. We are in much better shape than when we arrived!

Nous avons passé un super WE avec mes amies, grâce à François et Sophie et leur magnifique atelier ! La déco et la vue sur la terrasse sont belles, le loft est tout équipé. Je recommande à 100% !!

Une expérience à tenter...

En raison du COVID, nous n'avons pas pu venir dans cet appartement. Pourtant Sophie a été une propriétaire attentive et prête à bien nous accueillir. Tout était prêt mais le confinement nous a empêchés d'aller dans le sud. Hâte de relouer ce bien pour enfin profiter du logement et de la région.

Traumhaft schönes Loft - Architektenwohnung

Ein architektonisches Kleinod. Wir waren total begeistert von dieser Loft mit sehr viel Liebe und Sinn für Architektur renovierten ehemaligem Bildhauerateliers. Lichtdurchflutet, reduziert mit besonderen Möbeln und Werkstattküche mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Wunderbarer Blick über Hyeres bis zum Meer egal ob von der Galerie oder der tollen Terrasse. Alles hochwertig ausgestattet. Ebenso wurde sogar an die kleinen Details gedacht wie eine Karaffe Wasser mit frischer Minze im Kühlschrank, eine Vase mit Blümchen sowie Erstausstattung für die ersten Tage mit Tabs, Kaffepads, Toilettenpapier, Spiele... alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung war super sauber und in Top Zustand. Sehr nette Vermieter. Super Kommunikation. Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Genauso wünscht man sich eine Stadtwohnung- großzügig- hell- toll eingerichtet- super ausgestattet- mit grandiosem Blick!! Familie Koch

Outstanding loft!

We spent a week in this wonderful loft. It is furnished with a lot of style and everything has been chosen in harmony with the unique and particular environment. It has a superb view of Hyeres and the islands and is located in a very quiet residential area not far from the downtown. The owners are very kind and always ready to respond and suggest places to visit. What else!? It is a pity to have to come back home!

Très belle situation

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce bel atelier aménagé avec beaucoup de gout et de modernité. Parfait pour un couple et deux ados ou 2 couples. Les salles de bains sont bien agencées et les toilettes séparés. La cuisine est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse située à l'étage pour les petits déjeuners et diners, agrémentée d'une vue magnifique sur Hyères et au loin la mer. Nous avons pratiqué des activités nautiques sur la presqu'île et le temps de trajet était d'environ 30 minutes. Les rues commerçantes sont accessibles à pied, il faut juste être courageux et pas trop chargé pour remonter les quelques 200 marches ... Nos hôtes, Sophie et François, ont été très accueillants et disponibles. Une destination que je recommandes ...
