「My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. 」

「This place is a little out of the way but easily reachable by car or public transport from the centre. Check in was very easy but they take a large security deposit on arrival which should be more clearly stated at point of booking. The room itself was ok and generally clean except for the cutlery, pans and plates which I needed to wash before use. Reception team are very approachable and will do everything to help. Lots of secure parking.」

「The hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and with kitchen. There is a microwave with oven function, dish washing machine and a dryer in the restroom.
