Come and enjoy this beautiful apartment full of charm in the center of Old Tours, close to the famous Place Plumereau and its old buildings with a medieval appearance. Recently renovated, this apartment has all the equipment you need for a pleasant stay. You will appreciate the proximity of the numerous bars and restaurants of the city's busiest tourist area. You will also be close to the busiest shopping street, so go ahead :)


The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, toaster, kettle, etc.) open to the living room. In the bedroom is a first double bed and the mezzanine with the second bed.

Amazing stay in Vieux Tours
This property is fantastic! The pictures are identical to what you should expect. The front door to the building is locked so you don’t need to panic about that just go to the lock box which is to your right punch in your number and there’s your key… our Uber from the train station Dropped us off at the end of the alley where the apartment is so you do have to drag your suitcases for about two minutes or so. Please do the self-guided walking tour. It is a fun interactive way to see Vieux Tours. Will definitely go back!

Hébergement bien placé sur Tours, au coeur de la ville, des bars et des restaurants. Logement spacieux et jolie, ne manque de rien. Seul bémol quand il fait chaud et qu'on souhaite aérer, le bruit de la rue c'est toute la nuit, mais aucun souci la fenêtre fermée.

Great place to stay in Tours
While being quite old, the place was well maintained and everything was in order. The location was fantastic being in old town and near lots of cafes, restaurants, and shopping as well as public transportation. Having a washing machine was a definite plus as we travel light and need to do laundry often.

Appartamento TOP !!! A 10 metri dall'incantevole centro storico di Tours pieno di vita e di buoni ristoranti. Nonostante la movida l'appartamento è in una via defilata che assicura tranquillità.

Oui mais non!
Appartement tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, de ce côté là aucun problème mais ce qui n'est pas du tout annoncé c'est le bruit infernal et continu entre 23h et 5h du matin car, à gauche de l'appartement, un bar, juste en face de l'appartement un restaurant (!) et à côté de celui-ci et donc à moins de 5m des fenêtres de l'appartement, une boîte de nuit (si, si c'est vrai!!!). Cela est peut-être adapté pour un couple de "clubbers en folie" mais pas pour un couple lambda comme nous et cela aurait dû sans aucun doute être précisé ("...rue très animée..." par exemple). Cela aurait le mérite d'être plus honnête pour le client. NB : le fait d'encaisser la somme globale de la semaine en une seule fois (alors que sur toutes nos autres locations cela se fait par un acompte puis le complément) aurait dû nous mettre la puce à l'oreille.... Au final, nous avons passé heureusement une excellente seconde semaine reposante.....aux Sables d'Olonnes en Vendée avec le bruit des vagues et là c'était vraiment le paradis (pour moins cher, en plus)
