“The staff were so lovely and attentive! The rooms are clean, with cleaning every day. You could order delicious cocktails and food to your sunbed or room, and they also brought round cold water at the pool free of charge! The hotel was a short walk to the town, with delicious restaurants and lovely sea front bars. Would highly recommend! Thank you:)”

“Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. “Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because……

“As we arrived after the reception closed, the owner reached out via WhatsApp to provide us with the check-in procedure. He explained how to get our key and gave us our room number. He also gave us some local recommendations for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the electric blackout blind was fantastic. A few more pillows would have been welcome. When we requested a taxi the following day, one of the team members offered to take us wherever we needed to go, which was really……

“Mycket praktisk stor lägenhet med 4 balkonger. Tvättmaskin. Stort kök med frys, kyl, stor spis. Ganska utplockat med köksgeråd. Fjärrkontroll till tv fungerade ej trots byte av batteri. Pool finns på systerhotellen ca 10 min promenad från hotellet. Fruktansvärt hårda sängar, tjocka kuddar. I Lampor saknas över sängarna. Överlag bra boende trots sängarna. Observera om ni anländer mitt i natten att se til katt få adressen till hotellet. avi hittade inte dit och receptionen på, systerhotellet eller……

“Beautiful new rooms and great beach location. The payment for the chairs is too much given the cost already paid to the resort. In a beach club you can use that $15-40 euro towards food/drink consumption. Here you pay just to sit. We only sat once and then went to Lago beach club. The staff at the bar near the beach were great.”
