"been back and forth in here to just relax and have my me-time. great place to stay- near the mall and lots of dining options; neat rooms, friendly staff; they usually accommodate my request but not in my recent stay which kinda disappointed me a bit esp being a Hilton honors member but i understand because it was a busy time...hopefully in my next stay...nevertheless, i'ts great place to stay... "

"Was notified by the property owner that the property was no longer available as we landed in Chicago. All correspondence with the property manager after booking the listing seemed shady, and my doubts were ultimately confirmed when we received notification at the very last minute saying that the listing was not available (while offering another property a considerable distance away on the 5600 block of N Kimball). Do yourself a favor- DO NOT TRUST THIS LISTING!!!"
