“Had a wonderful annual holiday with friends. If we weren’t hoping to add another couple next year we would book same again but we need a second shower with more people. The house is spacious and homey and kitchen had everything we needed to cook fish all week. Docks are well maintained and porch and fire pit area were well- enjoyed. We even took the kayak and paddle board for a spin. It was really hard to leave!”

“My 2 teen age grandsons (14 & 17) made our 2nd annual grouse hunting trip to Northern MN. Despite rainy conditions, they had a great time, bringing 8 ruffed grouse back to Blaine, MN to share with family! Yum! Cabin was just as listed in VRBO—older but clean, comfortable beds, nice appliances. Owners pleasant and helpful. Thank you!”

“Nice to have a deck to use, inside the house is nice and well appointed. Outside of the master bedroom, the other bedrooms are small, so only plan to use them for sleeping. The owner is very easy to communicate with.”

“I was a little concerned with it being a new listing at first, but very happy with our decision. Starting after booking, the hosts / owners were happy to answer any questions and help us prepare for the trip even before we arrived. Jimmy was helpful in getting us, gear, and the rental boat to the island when we arrived at Moccasin Point where we left our vehicle. Arriving we found a beautiful island with a woodland feel. It is a rocky and set up a bit from the water giving wonderful……

“A lovely cabin in the woods. Very clean, beautiful view, lots of space. Very responsive hosts. We did end up moving the boats to a marina- even with the map the bay is a challenge to navigate- Especially for big, deeper draft boats.”

“Property was as advertised and very clean. We were comfortable and plenty of room for the 3 of us and our two dogs. Hubby would appreciate a TV antenna for local channels vs just streaming service, but wifi worked great. Nice boat dock and quick access to great fishing spots as well as a nice setup for fish cleaning. Host was very responsive and we had no issues during our 6 day stay. Will definitely rebook.”

“Property was beautiful. And super clean!! Our Hosts Alyssa and Mike were awesome. They helped us navigate the lake with some beach locations and places to eat. The cabin had everything we needed for a week long stay. Fresh water, soaps, towels, and cooking utensils. Everything minus food. Quick to respond and amazing people to talk yoo.”

“This cabin is so cute and cozy! Oh how I wish I could stay longer!! Would happily live in this cabin forever lol. Amenities are great, you have everything you'd want or need in there. The bathroom/shower was so nice and warm with a built in heater, hot water, and high pressure. Fireplace is great if you know what you're doing and it was just cool enough for us to enjoy. Jeff and his dog are a hoot :) thanks for having us!”

“Our stay was absolutely phenomenal. A group of 6 of us drove up for the weekend to go atving in the area and this was the perfect spot as we could leave on the utvs right from the property. When we arrived it was easy to check in, the house was spotless, and the attention to detail was actually insane. They had everything we needed and then more. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were the best thing I've ever slept on. This was by far the best experience any of us have had. Thank you so……
