“This is a condo property located in a good spot in Poipu. The unit had everything we needed, washer and dryer and kitchen stocked with pots, pans etc. the pool area provides a great view of the ocean. The pool itself is average. Our unit could use new carpet and screen door. Good property for those who want to avoid the large and loud resorts. ”

The kitchen was well stocked and they had all beach supplies we needed — beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, fins, umbrellas. The space was comfortable and had great views. “We stayed six nights at this condo. Overall it's a good location for exploring the south part of the island. The condo is a ground floor unit with a nice patio looking out on a lawn and trees. “We come to Kauai as a family 1-2x a year and have stayed at the Kiahuna a fair amount of times. Rick & Marilyn’s condo is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was clean, well maintained and convenient. The A/C was amazing on hot nights! “Communication was excellent and the location was nice along a coastal walk. The winds in the area create a dusty film on the windows and at present (April 2024) the views don’t look like the photo.
