"Had a great time"

"The customer service at this hotel is very poor. I normally don’t like to complain but there were just too many things that were not good about this stay. First, I booked a two queen bed room and when we went to our room we saw that we were given a room with only 1 king bed and a pull out sofa. I was not happy about it but I thought, I’d just roll with it. When we entered our room and went to hang our jackets in the closet we noticed a scarf hanging there. It was very obvious that when the room was cleaned the housekeeping staff never bothered to look in the closet. There were no sheets or pillows provided for the pull out sofa in the room. When we called down for sheets we were told to go down to the front desk to pick them up ourselves. In every other hotel I have stayed in, they always bring the sheets or towels we request to the room. On the night before leaving I had asked if it would be possible for the person to help me put a freezer pack in their freezer since our room fridges did not have a freezer portion. The girl refused. I asked why not and she said she didn’t know. I was very disappointed. Overall I found that the staff were not very helpful and the front desk staff were always on their personal cellphones. I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service."

"Breakfast room was well stocked . Joe the gentleman taking care of the kitchen and dinning room was exceptional."

"I had an accessible room. I’m sorry to say I was very disappointed in the height of the toilet. It is not adequate for someone who is handicap and has a hard time rising from the toilet seat. The shades on the window did not work. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. "

"Everything was great. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect. My only complaints are, my bathroom door wouldn’t close in our room, number 132. And the hot tub was borderline too hot. I couldn’t stay in for more than 10 minutes. I’d suggest turning it down a tiny bit because it was scorching hot. Other than that it was a great stay "

"The jacuzzi was a pain! Took a lot to turn the jets on. The staff was the best very apologetic. But driving over a hour on the basis of the jacuzzi room it was very disappointing "

"Room had a few things, leaky tub handles, broken head board and the fridge smelt like booty. Pool was closed and elevator was slow slow slow. Could hear my neighbors toilet all weekend as well. But the view and amazing staff made up for it all :)"
