「While the home is nicely furnished with a well-stocked Kitchen, the owners were VERY Slow to respond to issues with the Air Conditioning. I chose to spend more money for this property BECAUSE it had A/C only to find out it didn't work properly. and there was no communication on how to access the property until repeated messages on the day we arrived. 」
