After paying in full for our ski vacation, we received absolutely no communication from the host—no check-in instructions, no entry code, and no response to repeated messages and calls.We arrived at the property and were unable to access the home. Vrbo also attempted to contact the host multiple times with no response. "Let's briefly introduce the hotel: the room is OK, and the bathroom has been newly decorated. The only thing is that the sound insulation is not good, and you can hear the sound of the next room.
