「This was our second time staying at this property. It fits our 3 families of 4 perfectly with room to spare. It's a one minute drive to the slopes! The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking at home and the beds are comfortable. It's so nice to have a dryer for all of our ski clothes and the huge bathtub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back.」

Unfortunately, the weather didn’t pan out for us so we had limited use of the outdoor spaces but the indoor area was great with plenty of room and comfortable hang out spots for our family of 8. 「We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home.」

「Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. All queen size were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk room beds were a bit lumpy though. Bathrooms were all working and the linens were plentiful. Owners were great! Communication was quick and their check in process was easy. Checkout was just as easy with only a few simple steps...
