"My husband and I just had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Black Walnut. It was our first experience at a Bed & Breakfast and not knowing what to expect we were very pleasantly surprised. The hospitality provided by Jen, the innkeeper, was top notch as she was incredibly friendly and full of great information and local tips. Her homemade breakfast each morning was delicious, and the room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area!"

"This is the perfect place to stay to explore Seneca Lake. The property is right on the Lake and has a dock, kayaks, a swimming pool, and pickleball court. Great wineries and restaurants are close by too. The owner is wonderful and makes the most delicious breakfast."

"Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! "
