“Perfect house as always!”

“We were very pleased with our stay. Most important, it was CLEAN. The 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for our 6 adults and 4 kids under 10. The bedroom with bunks doubled as a play room with toys suitable for this age group. The laundry room toilet helped in a pinch. The living areas downstairs are all large - kitchen, eating area, and two living / sitting rooms. It was too cold during our stay to take advantage of the enclosed porch looking out over the lake but we imagine doing so with a cup of……

“This is a nice, cozy property. Great location near many wineries. Close enough for a day trip to waterfalls. It's pet friendly, which was great for our 2 small dogs. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to eat a meal or play games around the large dinning room table. The kitchen was well stocked and great for making pizzas and cooking breakfast. The pier and beach fire pit was fun and relaxing on a crisp fall evening. The only challenge at this place is……

“Our visit to The Painted Porch was fantastic. The home, neighborhood and time of year made for a perfect getaway with our dogs. We enjoyed the historic nature of the property, and appreciated that it was well appointed, maintained, clean and comfortable for modern life. “We were looking for a comfortable place to spend time while exploring around the Finger Lakes region - and this was just the place. The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood. Each room was equipped with an air conditioner, so we all slept comfortably. ……
