「The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with the in room coffee maker and a rep was sent to my room to fix the problem. One day I forgot to pull the "do not disturb" sign and needed towels late (6 7pm?). I called & the towels quickly arrived. Always a "good morning" and a return smile. You are appreciated at the Cape May Icona. 」
