"They had dishes outside the bedrooms on some of them and lasted almost 2 days there. In our room the carpet was outdated and my daughter got poked and then i did too , cause we didn't know that there was nails on the carpets at the end of it. It was horrible. Beds weren't comfortable either . I do not recommend this hotel to No one."

"Pretty frustrating situation. Nowhere in the reservation process did it say a physical card was required for the deposit, and they wouldn’t accept cash or tap to pay with a debit or credit card. I booked this for a quick overnight before an early flight, but after wasting about an hour there, I was told to email the manager. The manager then said I have to go through Expedia, so now I’m stuck going in circles. The ironic part is I went up the road to the Marriott and had no issue at all. It just feels like a lack of ownership… something like this could have been handled a lot more easily, and instead it cost me time and I’m still without a refund solution."

"The room and the airport shuttle were comfortable was extremely convenient. The breakfast was generous as well with lots of choices. Check-in was very quick. My only issues were: 1) the room was an "interior"room. I opened the curtains and there was nothing there except possibly a former window that had been covered, painted over. Felt very weird to be in a room without a window. I didnʻt mind not having a view, but just a window to the outdoors. Made it feel like being in a closet. I don't think the description of the room when I booked it mentioned that there was no window. Iʻve never been in a windowless hotel room before and it was odd. 2)The channel on the airport shuttle was set to a religious station. So, you had to hear religious music on the whole ride (short distance but took awhile due to heavy traffic at LAX). In addition to the music, there were readings of scripture. I found it offensive and think that it could make others with varying religious or non-religious beliefs uncomfortable"

"The decor is a bit dated in the room. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff, especially Paola, were really helpful and kind. "

"The place is DISCUSTING! A staff member said people have lived there from the pandemic! Smells like weed, sketchy, run down. WORST EXTENDED STAY IVE EVER SEEN! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!"
